The only reputable free website that we would endorse is http://pages.google.com It offers a limited choice of basic but functional designs to choose from. Unfortunately your website will be set out like : http://pages.YourUsername.com which is a bit messy and not easy to remember. In addition you do not have the convenience of POP3 email accounts like: me@mywebsite.com

Do watch out for those companies offering you incredibly low prices, because before you can get going properly, you will find that you need to buy some of those "extra features", which needless to say, comes at a substancial price, to get your website working.

We do also offer extra features. However these are in place to accommodate the growth of your business and includes features like more disk space, more bandwidth or more email accounts.

In order to have a website on the internet, you need to get a domain name registered. These registrations are valid for a limited time and on expiration needs to be renewed at the then current price as set by the registration authorities.

A domain name can be in many forms, e.g. .co.za .com .co.uk .net .org etc.

The most obvious domain names for South Africa is .co.za and the registration process is relatively fast, usualy the same day. Many other domain names takes quite a bit longer to register. The .za.net and .za.org registrations takes between three to seven days. PLEASE NOTE! There are no refunds on domain name registrations

A once-off fee as per the table above is charged for the registration of a new domain name

This, and this alone, is the only cost you will need to incur, together with your hosting fee for your first month's hosting as per the plan you chose. These can be viewed by clicking here.

We will do the following for you free of charge on sign up:

• Setup of your web servers
• Setup of your ftp accounts to upload / download content
• Setup of your email servers.

You are not bound by long term contracts and if you are not 100% satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we guarantee you an unconditional FULL refund of the hosting fee ! Please note again that domain name registration fees are non refundable. If you are happy with our services and continue to host with us, you will be bound by points 1 to 3 of our Customer Service Agreement. Please familiarise yourself with this document as it, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, forms the basis of this service agreement between you and NetSA.

As mentioned earlier your hosting package includes all that is needed to support all but the most demanding internet ventures. Should you however need any of these due to the growth of your business, they are available.

Should you need an upgrade to a larger package, we can also accomodate you! And if your business blooms beyond our limitations, we will gladly refer you to an internet wholesaler who will gladly assist in custom building a package for your needs.

For your records, tax invoices are emailed 5 days before payment is due.
